Good Design Takes Intuition, Sensitivity and a lot of Hard Work<\/p>

The facade design for the Senckenberg Tower is based on the ONE FORTY WEST without competing with the hybrid tower.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The opening of the inner-city block edge offers the opportunity to integrate the area into the urban fabric. Picking up on the existing walkways of the adjacent neighborhoods creates an identity-forming center that serves as a point of orientation within the quarter. In 2018, our design for an office tower was again convincing. In the realization competition, we took 1st place and were subsequently commissioned for the planning.\r\n\r\nVisually, the tower is divided by two joints. Through the cuts, the division into base, shaft and crown, in a subtle way, becomes clear. Several floors are combined into units that vary in rhythm. This principle allows to respond to the peculiarities of each floor. On a trapezoidal base, in the direction of Robert-Mayer-Strasse, a green roof terrace with a view of the Frankfurt skyline is created at a height of about 23 meters.
