Felina #QINO successful planning kick-off

After the kick-off of LP2 with all planning participants, the project was presented to the Mannheim Design Advisory Board.
Together with the project developer Cube Real Estate, we are working on the creation of an urban, mixed-use and climate-friendly city quarter in Mannheim.

Our design concept is based on preserving the existing building, expanding it vertically and creating more green spaces in the city.
The preservation of the historic building is an essential factor for a resource- and climate-friendly design. The addition of greenery contributes to air improvement and biodiversity.
