As a solitary building block of the new Senckenberg Quarter, the 21West Office forms the urban corner at Robert-Mayer-Strasse/ Senckenberganlage.
At this point, the office building has an enormous impact on the overall structure. Flooded with light, the six-story business solitaire allows tenants to use the space individually. The building is designed as a flexible office building. Whether individual or combined offices, open space or a combination of all three concepts: everything is conceivable here and there is space for up to 380 workplaces. In keeping with the idea of selectively green buildings, a roof terrace is formed on the top floor facing the Senckenberganlage and with a view of the Frankfurt skyline. A two-story undercut area defines the entrance to the spacious lobby. A restaurant is located in the southwestern base zone, facing the new neighborhood square.
The building is certified according to the American LEED Gold standard.
