Open-Space Concept

MA Office

The lease for the new office of cyrus moser in an industrial building from 1910 was signed in December 2020.
The conversion work included the consolidation of two rental units including the IT cabling.
In record time, 47 workplaces were created on 600m². From the start of the demolition work, at the end of January 2020, to the start of the new construction work, in mid-February, to the move-in on April 06, 2020 was just 10 weeks.
Under difficult conditions in the midst of the Corona pandemic, the construction work was completed in mid-July.
The new office lives through clear, simple, precise lines and the openness of an open space concept zoned by fixtures. The individual color and textile design sets a trademark for customers and employees.

Our Office Oasis

Andreas Moser

The open space concept is broken up by set sequences of meeting and retreat rooms with sound-reducing glass walls in a layer system. The layers, glass boxes, wooden slats and semi-transparent curtains, divide the space and stage the visual connections between the individual areas. This structure allows the communication possibilities of an open-plan office. At the same time, it offers a wide range of retreats for the different needs of working. The communication zones were structured according to the respective needs of the employees. Individual offices with flex zones are available for each team area as retreats, standing workstations and think tanks.
