In 2016, we were awarded 1st prize for the previous ideas section in the competition for the "Turm West" project. In 2018, our design for an office tower was again convincing. In the realization competition, we took 1st place and were subsequently commissioned for the planning.

Visually, the tower is divided by two joints. Through the cuts, the division into base, shaft and crown, in a subtle way, becomes clear. Several floors are combined into units that vary in rhythm. This principle allows to respond to the peculiarities of each floor. On a trapezoidal base, in the direction of Robert-Mayer-Strasse, a green roof terrace with a view of the Frankfurt skyline is created at a height of about 23 meters. The entrance hall is glazed over two floors and radiates transparency and openness.

Senckenberg Tower was completed in 2021.
