The luxurious residential complex in the middle of Frankfurt's city centre houses ten residential units and an underground car park. The exciting overall composition, balanced proportions and calm lines give the building a contemporary elegance. Despite its size and urban context, the building evokes associations to a modern villa. The minimalist façade design is in light shell limestone (Kirchheim). Discreet brass and bronze accents and areas with champagne-coloured aluminium cladding, are subtle eye-catchers. The tiered arrangement of the floors on the fourth and fifth floors, structures the building and through the offsetting of the floors roof terraces are created.
