The project realized in Taunus basically consists of three stacked ashlars, which are embedded in the southern slope of the park-like property. The staggering of the components overcomes the eleven-meter height difference between the garden and the street.
The cubic structure at street level, which forms the entrance floor, rests on two cubes at garden level. Introverted and closed to the street, the building components open up to the garden and provide a view of the expansive property.
All fixtures, vanities, cabinets, elevator panels, and library shelving are by cmd cyrus | moser | design. They were conceived especially for the location and implemented individually.
The finely tuned color and material concept comes from Rumi contemporary interior.
